For the Engineer II – Software position, there were two rounds of interviews. The first round had two people on the panel, and all the questions were related to my previous experience. The second round was with the manager, where I was asked about my project, the challenges I faced, my confidence, handling conflicts, problem-solving approach, and how I tackled those issue.
