Interview
Down with the hirevue assessment. 3 questions were asked where I had to record a video and send them. I had 2 chances to record and was given a limted time to prepare my answer and record for 2.5 minutes. The 4th question was in written answer format. Asked me about myself, about my experience with different softwares, why I wanted to work with Baxter (all three video answers) and basic questions like right to work, salary expectations and notice period (written answer, which had no time limit)

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Baxter (London, England)
Interview
I applied online to two similar positions at Baxter, in the technical department. The Recruitment Agency organised meeting and told me they'd let me know as soon as possible. I was then left waiting by Baxter as apparently all Managers were on holiday and the interviews were on hold.
A month or so later, I got a call from the Recruiters telling me that the Company decided to hire internally and the interviews were cancelled.
They did the same very recently, hiring another person internally to cover a pre-advertised position. Very unorganised and doesn't give me trust in their processes. Looks like even going to the interview would have only been a waste of money.
