The interview can be between Baxter itself or thru Kelly Services. Most of the time its done thru Kelly services because you start out as Temp-to-hire. Make sure you ask about the length of time needed before you are hired on as a full time employee

Interview
They will give you a set of paper, and answer it within the given time. The interviewer won't ask any extra questions. The question paper is quite easy, essay questions and some normal calculation questions, no calculator is needed.
