Bay Area Clinical Associates interview questions

Applied online, corresponded by email to arrange the half-day interview. They promised to send an agenda but never did, so it was difficult to keep track of how many people I interviewed with, but maybe about 6 people, therapists and psychiatrists. From the interview questions and the contract terms offered, they were obviously very concerned about fast documentation and physician burnout. The BACA interview was the only time I have gotten asked point blank if I am a therapy patient myself on the interview trail. The contract offered had a low salary and benefits were not competitive, so I declined. .

I sent a cover letter and resume as requested on the Craigslist add. I had a phone interview with the HR director. The next day, I had an in person interview with my current supervisor, the Director of Patient Experience, and the Medical Receptionist I replaced. Both interviews were about a half hour at most. HR director completed a reference check and two weeks after the in person interview, I was offered the job. Both interviews did not have any unusual questions - pretty straightforward about my experiences and why I want the job.
