I would beware this company based on their interview and communication (lack thereof) practices. I was interviewing for one of the open accounting positions, and even though I'm a CPA, I had to take an assessment before I was even able to meet with the company recruiter for a preliminary interview. The interview itself was fine, and the recruiter explained more about the position and next steps. Part of those next steps was for her to pass along my information to I think the Founder, and he only looks at potential new employees on Wednesdays so I would have to wait to hear back. I was then told that I had to take yet ANOTHER assessment after the interview before she could pass along my information. The assessment was to provide them with "information about your abilities and qualifications." I took the assessment and then was ghosted. I never heard back from the company even to say they had gone in another direction. It was honestly very unprofessional in my opinion to require someone to jump through those hoops and then never communicate with them again. Management needs to treat candidates with respect and have the courtesy to reach out, even if they're choosing not to move ahead in the interview process. They also shouldn't require CPAs (or honestly accountants with 15+ years of experience) to take these assessments.
