Several video calls then an assessment day. At the assessment day, the staff were judgemental and some of them were a bit rude. Very much 'lad' and 'frat' vibes. I decided I didn't want to work in this industry after all. But if I did, I would be dissapointed because they never bothered to email me with feedback or even disclose that I didn't get the job. Basic human decency mate!
