I was early, as you had better be to any interview. There were 4 (another arrived later) sworn and ranked officers... I believe all but one were district supervisors. they had pre-printed and prepared question sheets on which that they each wrote my responses. They took turns asking 8 questions - two I already covered, but the other 6 were so simple and generic they do not bear repeating. This was the simplest and easiest police interview I ever took part in. I expected a more serious and professional interview. Each notice I received (BSWH is very good on keeping you advised of each step and appointment in the process) stated 60 minutes were allotted for the interview - 2:30pm - 3:30pm, but I was not in there for 20 minutes. It was fast, very friendly, and I felt like I would have been offered the position had extenuating circumstances not interfered later in the process. Too bad - I know BSWH is a great organization to work for.
