Baywater Healthcare interview questions

Good interview. Went to observe in the Helpline for a while then had a formal interview. Simple interview process. It was a good opportunity to see what the workplace is like.

5 minutes telling what the job is and then offered job! The rest of the interview consisted of the interviewer telling me how well he had done and he earned lots of money on overtime which was an expected part if the job as the basic pay was not enough for a family to live on.
