    Construction Superintendent Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Raleigh, NC
    Accepted Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Beazer Homes (Raleigh, NC) in August 2011.

    Interview

I had to go to two seperate interviews roughly about a week apart. Once with the area construction manager, the second and final with VP of construction along with the area construction manager present. The process was fairly average, and consisted of experience questions along with some personality questions.

    Interview Questions

    • They had a lot of the generic questions; Where do you see yourself in 5 years, What's one of your greatest accomplishments at work and why? I really don't care for the generic questions, but it seems more and more companies are going to this type of format.   Answer Question

    Intern - Hourly Interview

Anonymous Employee in Ellicott City, MD
    Accepted Offer
    Positive Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Beazer Homes (Ellicott City, MD) in May 2014.

    Interview

No real interview. I simply showed up dressed well, we talked about what I might want to do, and I got the job. This may not be for everyone, as I had a contact in upper management who was able to basically secure the internship beforehand. I just had to prove that I wasn't a total scrub, and that I actually wanted to do it.
