The initial phase was a phone screening with the recruiter, asking you some basic questions to determine eligibility for employment. At the next phase, some online paperwork may be required on the company website/portal, which consist of typical questions you would see on an application, like education, work history, and demographics. The final phase is an in-person interview, either with one manager or more (in my case it was just one) and asked you a series of questions, which all lasted about a half hour. I waited for a final decision which was given last day of the week, and if decision is made in your favor, they will e-mail you a link to their portal to view the offer letter and have the option to accept it,

Applied on company website. Job openings. Received response within 10 days for in person interview. Interview was taken by the Clinical Director and another Recreational Therapist. 30 minutes interview. Easy and conversational.
