I applied a couple of months before I received a call for an interview. I had a couple interviews and waiting to hear back. Interview was laid back, breif and fairly easy with typical interview questions.

One person interview, I got the impression they were looking for female candidates, but couldn't be sure. The interviews, I think, were for jobs that "might" open up, looking for future candidates while no real job was available, they should be upfront about this

Went through two interviews, attempting to return calls was a pain because of the phone system at the company. Had to wait quite a while after each interview to hear anything.
