Very simple/casual chat with manager. Briefly asked about times I have had to deal with difficult people. Did not feel formal. I had a good time with this position but staff has come and gone.

Informal, friendly and results focussed. Had to do a presentation at last stage and the discussion afterwards was interesting. Two interviewers present, then asked to meet the team before starting.
