I interviewed at Behavior Frontiers (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Easy, didn’t feel super through. One interview with a few generic questions. It feels more like a conversation and less like a formal interview and it only lasted roughly 15-20 minutes.
1. Initial phone interview - ask for past work experience working with kids with special needs, job availability, other requirements. More like a screening interview before you're offered a job interview
2. Zoom Interview -play based scenario questions that require your acting, "what would you do if your client does" questions
