Very thorough and responsive process. Great communication and feedback. And friendly team members with welcoming attitude. Multiple step process with take home test with great feedbacks. Hiring team was very supportive.
The process was seamless, interviewers were very friendly, I got to ask any questions, and the process was very well structured which meant that I was never in the dark or suprised by anything.

Question 1
Share a specific example of a time when you had to make a decision in the absence of complete information or you had to choose one of many options to move ahead on a project?
I was having an interview for a DevOps engineer with relocation to Canada.
The interview steps:
HR -> Test task -> Manager
The first step was fine, had a conversation about my experience and expectations. . Then I was waiting for the feedback and the next step for weeks, took pretty long. As I understand they were doing batching interviews and HR managers were busy enough.
The second step was a test task, which leads to ... HackerRank - algorithms tasks. This is kind of weird cuz I have never had such tasks for such a position and have never done it in my workdays. But probably the idea is to test you for computer science fundamentals, though I would think that is more for developers than DevOps. What do you think?
Oh yes, and the interview was recorded.
