Very involved. Multiple steps. On-line portion very sketchy because of the unreliability of the IT system. It was necessary to resubmit information multiple times to be acknowledged. Actual face-to-face interview was lightweight and the simplest part of the process. I think by then they already know whether or not you're in.

Went in and talked to the manager, partly hired because the shoe manager knew me, asked simple interview questions, sitting in front of a desk with just the manager, heard back a week later that I was hired, had a second interview with shoe manager just to go over any specific questions I might have
