Interview
It was unorganized and I had to wait a very long time to be interviewed .I came in during a summer job fair 2 times and mentioned that I preferred to work in Cosmetics where I had at least 6 years of Cosmetic Beauty Advisor Experience in which they had openings . Nevertheless, they seemed to make it more complicated than it should have been. Over-all the interview was a very slow process but I finally was offered a job within 6 to 7 weeks.

Belk will literally hire anyone, the question is whether they will keep you over time. My interview process was solely the HR Manager explaining the job and pay structure, some negotiation about the hourly rate and commission percentage, and one question asked of me: "Sell me this pen...and...GO" If you can do that, you're in.

Interview
The interview was very quick and easy. I had to go through two interviews . The second interview is where they ask scenario questions. The first interview she told me about the job and we it consist of
