I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bell (Washington, DC) in Feb 2018
Interview
Very standard. They asked a couple things about myself, some questions about past experience, expected salary. Nothing stood out to me as being uniquely theirs. If you've prepared for an interview before, you can pretty much apply the same preparation to these guys. Assuming of course the recruiter you deal with isn't trying to trick you intentionally.
