I have been working at Bell full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

9/80 schedule, holiday time off, tuition reimbursement (paid upfront), aren’t expected to work overtime unless necessary, company makes cool products, very intelligent engineers to learn from

    Cons

Below average pay for the area, 5 years to be fully vested in 401k, no training for job, small annual raises, engineers that leave Bell and then reenter the company with experience elsewhere make significantly more money than loyal engineers who stay at Bell

    Advice to Management

Set aside money to train your engineers and ensure they are being challenged to their full potential. Reward employees who are loyal to the company over engineers that leave to work for the competitor and then come back for more money
