I have been working at Bell full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The products that Bell makes are second to none. For the most part, they have a talented workforce. They have been modernizing the facilities over the past few years.

    Cons

Layoffs. Another couple hundred sent packing this week. They are turning over the workforce. Hiring young inexperienced workers at the expense of seasoned, experienced incumbants.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget who got the company to this point. I’ve seen way too many talented individuals get laid off only to be replaced by new hires who are paid at half the rate.
