During the interview it goes through a lot of stages, 1)applying with the agency. 2) all of a sudden they schedule for you for a 30 mins 1:1 conversation with the senior director, which he completely forgot about with saying a very lame excuse so, we had to reschedule after wasting my entire day, and I didn't find it very professional comparing how high their expectations. 3) They ask You to send a short video about yourself to the owners, then 4) having a group interview, with one of the owners, the director, and 3 other candidates asking 7 questions each, mostly behavioral ones, took almost 2 hours and they send you the surprise invitation for this step 24 h before, so you really have to make sure you have your full time for all these processes dedicated for them to try. The owner was not very friendly with the candidates and I felt he tried to pick on each of us, the chat was very long, and at the end I felt the information provided about further cruise lines being selected to, the exact positions in the department, numbers of team members or salary structure according to that was very shady for me 5) if you pass, you have to go to the final stage which is the interview with Bellarri herself, and then you can start your training.... Super high standards and high expectations with low explanations. They also don't let you to ask because of scheduled time. Good luck
