BelleJoy Support interview questions

I was asked via to attend a "meet and greet". I was sent a document with questions and asked to fill them out before attending a very brief interview in person (10 minutes) at their head office. This was a casual interview, within their office. Two people were interviewers- one was an administrator and other was a company executive of some kind.
