It is clear you are being interviewed during this time. I think they really are looking for a "good fit" for their culture. They are a small community hospital. After face-to-face HR called to set a time to make offer and do paperwork. Then you must go to employee health. Drug screen, review of vaccinations AND a mobility test. You must pass it or you need some kind of note from your doctor. I had to call to get my start date. It felt a bit disorganized. Keep on top of them.
