I went through a technical interview process with the company and received positive feedback initially. I was told they would follow up after discussing internally with the client. However, after that stage, communication became inconsistent. A feedback meeting was postponed more than once, and eventually I did not receive any further response, even after following up by email. While delays can happen, the lack of closure and communication was disappointing. Candidates invest time and effort into interview processes, and timely, transparent updates are important for a professional candidate experience.
