I don't have the details as these reviews are anonymous but I'm making the assumption that the process started, then stopped, and then we picked it up again? So you interviewed and the role closed (or you perhaps took a role elsewhere) and then we contacted you again, as opposed to 'the interview process took 12 months'. I'd really like to make sure that's the case though, and if not I'll need to review our processes.
