I had two rounds of interviews. Both went smoothly, and the interviewers made me comfortable to speak freely. The only thing that I hope will improve is communication after the interview. I asked for information on my interview (and what I could improve), but it was never given to me.

Very kind interviewers. I wasn't selected for the role but they kept my resume on file in case any other positions that suited me better came up. There are a number of scenario/behaviour questions, as well as questions about personal attributes that I think would suit the role.

Fun. Easy. Nice. Very professional interview and onboarding process. The team was responsive. The company itself is known for an ambitious, friendly culture. Highly recommend giving Bench a shot.
The interview process at Bench was smooth and enjoyable. After a quick phone screen, I completed a relevant skills assessment and had a couple of video interviews. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I felt well-prepared for each step.
