BenchSci Software Engineer, Backend interview questions

The interview process was impressively fast. Once you start with their recruiter, if all goes well, you will get an offer in 2 weeks. Pretty transparent, well-organized interview process BenchSci's Talent Acquisition team has shown, unlike some other bigger and "more mature" companies. In my case, it started with a Talent Acquisition call. After completing the Coding Challenge she sent, I had a call with Engineering Hiring Manager which led to the System Design interview with the Lead and Senior Engineers, with whom I will work closely. Once you pass these steps, the interview process ends with the final call with the Director of Engineering.
