I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Benchmark Senior Living (Boston, MA) in Jul 2014
Interview
It was a group interview that included two supervisors and three potential employees. We were introduced to the interviewers and then started with a few rounds of questions. We took turns in answering the questions and bounced a few ideas back and forth so the interviewers could gauge how we would handle potential situations. It was expected that we would each answer every question that was asked. We were told basic information about the company and about the position we were interviewing for. We were then given a tour of the facility.

GROUP INTERVIEWING, Sell you a dream about what the job is going to be like, second interview with Executive director. Took two weeks , i had hope for this job to be as great as was told to me. I wish tghey would of let us know more on the company, payrate, room to grow within company etc.. The company should look into having lead RCA'S direct interview with the director to weed out the bad employees out from being hired.
