Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. It consists of an initial online assessment followed by three rounds of interviews.
The online test includes 6 questions and is straightforward to navigate. The interview rounds themselves felt natural and conversational rather than high-pressure or overly formal. The interviewers were genuinely welcoming and created a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to think clearly and express yourself.

Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
