Incredibly long process, I went through countless hours of solving problems and countless hours of writing answers to case studies, I have been going from one stage to the other successfully, and finally I have reached the interview with one of the Founders. It seemed to have gone very well, I felt the chemistry, and at the very end of it he asked me some really difficult maths question. I had absolutely no idea how to do it on the spot and I candidly said I don't know the answer. I thought it wouldn't be such a big deal for a Recruiting Intern, but it turned out that this got me rejected all together. I find it absolutely ridiculous.

some ridiculously hard math questions that you are supposed to answer on the spot
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bending Spoons (Modena) in Mar 2021
Interview

Question 1
Very throough and very long. First you send a cv and letter and then you do about seven hours of tests. Then the next stage is five more hours of tests. Then an interview. After, that there is two other interviews to get through. I didn't make it past the first interview, but nevertheless was a very long process to get there. Test questions are very broad and require numerical skills (no matter what role you're applying for) and lateral reasoning skills. The interview was standard HR stuff.
I would say it was a long process - maybe too long - but also quite interesting and fair. It's clearly an interesting company.
