Timed video interview, a few customer service questions and asked about sales experience. Also had a zoom call where I had to do my own makeup and explain the process whilst doing it.

it’s not an interview it’s an audition , you’ll get asked to go to a boots and they will give you info on the best selling products and get you on to the shop floor and you will have to get a customer to sit down and try on the products , you share your product knowledge with the customer and the company are looking to see if you can sell
