Benefits Science Technologies SQL Developer interview questions

Interview process took approx. 3 months before an offer was extended. Very unstructured interviews and lack of technical in depth questions. Felt like they weren't really gauging competency or ability very well or the interviewers just didn't have much experience. Declined offer because I had two other pending interviews with way better companies.
