Berger Financial Group interview questions

My initial video interview went well, and the recruiter was professional and kind. However, during the second in-person interview with two members of upper management, the experience didn’t feel as smooth. At times, they interrupted my responses to have side conversations, which left me waiting to finish answering their questions. This made the interaction feel a bit disengaged. Unfortunately, after the second interview, I never heard back from the company. It was disappointing to be left without any follow-up or closure, especially after investing time and effort in the process. Improved communication and professionalism would benefit future candidates.
