Job Fair was posted inititally. Interview with two people on my first day. On the second and third day I had an interview with three people who were the Human Resources director, Property Manager, and Division Manager.

It was formal. They gave me an idea of what I would be doing by conducting role playing session and then had me role play with one of the persons conducting the interview.
