The interview process consisted of a first-round of interviews with HR on campus at my MBA program, followed by a second round with senior Bertelsmann executives at corporate HQ in Germany, and a final round with the Bertelsmann CEO. These were mostly cultural fit type of questions as well as my views on the industry, my past experience, and what I planned to do in my BEP, most open-ended and conversational, though I was given a traditional consultancy-style business case to solve by one of the execs - which came as a big surprise, and I hadn't prepared for. Muddled through and made the final cut! It was overall an enjoyable process and great to meet a diverse set of people throughout.
