The interview was a group interview with a manager and one other candidate which I consider to be unprofessional. The staff is very young (straight out of college) including management and the pay is very low. I left before the interview was completed.

She didn't really ask me many questions about myself. She more just went over what the job would entail and then at the end asked if I was still interested or if I had any questions for her.
