Bestank interview questions

I'm satisfied to the initial interview because it's smooth and very convenient since it's a phone call, salute to the staff. The staff said they have Branch at Pasay not only at Valenzuela. After the initial interview for about three to five days, the staff who contacted me through email mentioned that I will be having a Final Interview and sent me details about it and it's also a phone call. My interview was set on morning but they never called me. I followed them up and the staff mentioned they're having a meeting so I understand. It was rescheduled two times on the morning. On the afternoon, there's also one reschedule but they never called me. I followed up them and the staff said they will reschedule it again. After several days, they sent a rejection letter. I'm disappointed on the three times rescheduled on the same day even though it's only phone call interview because I focus on waiting on their calls and never had a Final Interview. I appreciate the rejection letter because I knew I will not be able to proceed the hiring process though I'm confused because they mentioned the Final Interview with too many reschedule but it never happens. I just wasted my time.
