2 stage interview process. Attended office for interview. Did not offer me the position. Worst of it all they failed to respond to me after the interview or provide any feedback. After chasing a few times. They sent one line email that I was unsuccessful. Very in professional.

Easy, my interviewer put me at ease and was very friendly. The application was fast and efficient. It is an individual interview. The training is given to a group of applicants.
