Better Home Care interview questions

A friend recommended me and once I applied, a few days later I got called in for my first interview. The supervisor was very friendly but direct at the same time. And even though she told me the position I applied for was taken, she called me back the following week with a proposition for a second interview which landed me the job. Almost instantly I could tell that Better Home Care is a place I'd like to work at.
