Betterview interview questions

I had a recruiter from the company reach out to me about a position. As I current had a job, I was picky about going further, but was convinced it would be a great position. Over the course of several weeks, I interviewed with several people. Frustratingly, I felt ghosted by the company a few times, with absolutely zero communication from them. Then they would suddenly appear and expect me to jump for them. Fortunately my schedule allowed me to do so, and I even got them all of my references within the required 24 hour period, as I assumed I had the job. I was then completely ghosted again, and was contacted a few weeks later to find out I hadn’t gotten the job. Ultimately, if this is how they communicate, I’m glad I didn’t get the job.
