I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Beyond Blue
Interview
The most bizarre interview I’ve ever had. Questions were extremely broad scope and did not provide me with an opportunity to actually insert my experience, then I was blamed for not sharing enough of my experience and didn’t get the job.
Questions were also loaded with jargon, some of it seemingly specific to Beyond Blue, so deciphering what they were asking was difficult and time consuming.
I guess I should’ve expected this given the PD itself was like trying to crack a code. What did the role actually do? Beats me.

Question 1
The first question I was asked was “What about the role description makes my heart sing?” – this was for a manager role! What is this, a high school job at Maccas?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Beyond Blue (Melbourne) in Oct 2023
Interview
I didn't get the job, but it was by far the most comfortable interview experience I have ever had. They sent questions in advance and made you feel at ease. While I missed out on the role, I have no hesitation in applying again in the future,

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Beyond Blue in Jun 2024
Interview
Phone interview followed by a Zoom interview with 2 staff. They were really friendly and the interview vibe was quite relaxed.
They had provided me with the questions beforehand so I did feel prepared.
