Easiest interview, I have ever been in. Lasted 10 minutes. They already know if they highly consider you or not or what your experience is/if you are fit of the role. They want to meet you just to confirm you fit what they imagined/solidify their decision.

Interview
Was interviewed over the phone, followed by an in-person interview with system architect and scrum master. After that a short chat with HR.
All in all BTR interviews are not abusive, they are fair and to the point. No time wasted - this was later reflected in the actual work environment.
