    Pros

They paid well and offered great benefits. Hours were also very good.

    Cons

Poor leadership from the corporate office. Lots of egos and lack of follow through.

    Advice to Management

They shouldn't have wasted so much money paying the executive management team who were clueless about the operation

    Advice to Management

Zero dedication for a fast shipping and 100% dedication to a no strategy of marketing.

    Pros

The site is tech savvy, and coworkers are sweet, helpful and dedicated. Site has nice assortment at sometimes competitive prices.

    Cons

Zero work life balance, upper management overspends on the wrong categories and over hires. Flash business model is antiquated and obsolete. Company doesn't care about its customers and is a heartbeat away from bankruptcy.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to spend your money wisely and how to budget.

    Pros

Great team members, fun young team, casual environment.

    Cons

Over worked, under paid. Nepotism, no raises, no bonuses no overtime even though you have to stay late and work way more than your 40hrs every week.

I worked at Beyond the Rack full-time

    Pros

    I gained some invaluable experience.

    Cons

Gaining this experience was hell. You are treated terribly. Paid poorly and the nepotism is unprecedented.

    Advice to Management

Quit. You don't know how to run a business.

    Pros

The employees are nice but there are zero pros working for this company.
We used to have employee discounts

    Cons

    Don't apply here,
    Poor work environment,
    no management,
    bathrooms are always broken
no sick days and poor benefits
    Doesn't heat building

I worked at Beyond the Rack full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people who I had the chance to work with where all amazing and bubbly persons who really made the workplace feels like a family.

    Cons

Worst hours ever. The workload just didn't made any sense & I feel it was mostly because the managers put in place at that moment had no experience in e-commerce and weren't accustomed to a proper and sensible workload to accept for their team.

    Advice to Management

Hire competent people, instead of friends or friends who will "wing it".

I worked at Beyond the Rack (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The other poor souls that got stuck with this job... The only good thing about this place

    Cons

    Sooo many
No raises in 3 years for the hard workers while ppl that do nothing get more money for doing more nothing
Management is a joke... They sit in their air conditioned office looking at Facebook and tinder while we work in the terrible heat of the warehouse
Get treated like lower class while office works get parties and massages (no joke free massages)
You have to ask to go to the bathroom like you're in second grade
Management get the jobs not because of their qualifications but because of who the know or what God they pray too
Management severely under qualified morons who for the most part still live with their mommies
Hr was a complete waste also severely under qualified for their position
No one at this company is on the workers side and if you have a complaint it will fall on deaf ears... Or they didn't ever hear you cause they were looking at their phone
Worst company to work for and ever worst if possible to shop from

    Advice to Management

Stop looking at your phone and do some work... The company is doing terriby because of ppl like you and your lack of respect for those who actually make the company run... Shame on all of you

    Pros

co-workers are very nice, but there is no other benefit in working here. Very hectic job- will call you in the middle of the night

    Cons

    Low pay
    Lots of over-time
    No appreciation of work
    No vision in management
    Massive lays off suddenly

    Advice to Management

Pay more and bring the talent in to grow the company, understood that you're a jew but don't be that of a jew
