Interview process is not very complex. They will ask simple questions like tell me about yourself and other simple questions like technical skills. technical questions are also very simple and easy to answer.

Will screen out people based on the percentage for written exam
Questions are 240 in 180 minutes (120 aptitude and 120 technical)
The cut off for interview is pretty good
people are called for Interviews in 1:4 ratio.
Now the written exam is replaced by GATE exam and interview process remains same.
