Interview
Had two video interviews. Both people were very nice. They had interview questions but both situations ended up being more of a conversation which put me at ease. It took a little longer than they (or I) wanted to make a decision because one person was out for two weeks. Overall, it was a good experience even though I wasn’t chosen for the position.

Interview
Phone interview first, face to face next. The questions were mostly about integer programming and how you would go about solving the travelling salesman problem. The interviewer was very interested in knowing about personal goals

Interview
I had two interviews; one being a video call with team members and one being a call with the founder. The pay and the expected work hours were not well communicated during this process and I was offered a contract without this being made clear. Casuals in this role are expected to be available full-time, yet can (apparently) go for weeks without any hours at a time.
