Very short interview process. Sit down with District manager to discuss company goals and job expectations. Quick discussion of past work experience and future goals. Hiring was simple, had to get the correct paperwork together before I could start. Time between first interview and first day was roughly 10 days.

It was easy, just need to have experience about sporting goods. You just need to be your self and sell your self to them. They have asked me if I have experience on sports and also selling guns.
They are always in need of a Manager Trainee because their employees always leave and find a better job due to the low pay. So all you have to do is dress well for the interview and just listen and you basically get the job.
