Big Review TV interview questions

One brief phone interview. They were looking for sales and asked all the right questions - seemed legit but was sad to say it wasn't. The managers were severly inexperienced and hired based on nepotism rather than talent. I got the feeling that senior managers did not know what they were doing.

I applied online through indeed.com An HR coordinator contacted me and asked me to come in for an interview. Key person who I was told would interview me was not there instead I was interviewed by another co manager. Interview took about 20-30 minutes and the interviewer was honing in on what technical expertise I have and how many years of experience I have as a camera operator, my lighting experience, and my video editing skills. After the interview I was told I would hear back from them with a response via phone or email regarding my approval or rejection. I was ghosted and never given a conclusive response on whether I had been approved or rejected.
