I applied online, was contacted by and held a phone interview with HR, followed by a 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager did not show up for the first interview, so we rescheduled. Throughout the interview, the hiring manager did more than 90% of the talking, stopping only to ask me one question, and then tried to end the interview early.
