Very comfortable atmosphere. The interview was conducted by two employees from the specific department; no HR manager was present.
Interview questions were about personal experiences and plans for the future.
Overall the interview lasted around 30 minutes. After a short introduction of the both interviewers and a description of the tasks during the internship, questions were asked about motivation and qualification for the internship.

The interview was very smooth and relaxed. Overall it was a great interview process and they created a highly comfortable situation for everyone involved. They asked me about my background, what I know about the company and department, and general knowledge topics.

Interview
The reception gave an access card and contacted with the interview hosts. The interview started on time. Two engineers were very friendly and the entire conversation was around the internship topic. All questions were engineering-oriented and well answered. Overall it was a very good conversation. Was eventually refused because no Dutch language skill and no compensate for transportation. For such a company, what a shame.
