Biltmore Farms, LLC interview questions

The interview process was long, and had many steps to it. It was very thorough and I had to speak to a few different people. It did take a while for them to make a final decision, however I think that had something to do with being promoted from within the company and my current boss not wanting to give me up. I began the process in May and did not start the actual job until July.

I came in with a resume hoping to speak with someone. I was given a time that would be better in a couple days. I came in and was given a pretty long application. The manager of the department then met with me and walked me through the premises and the job to see if it was a good fit for both of us.
