Had to get over 30 wpm and >85% accuracy on a typing test first. The test was sent a couple days after submitting my application. Then I did a phone interview with the hiring manager. Was asked 3 simple questions. After that was an interview in-person at the facility. It included a tour. Was hired at the end of the interview and had onboarding paperwork sent within a week. Overall, the process took 2-3 weeks from application submission.

The interview process included a memory test, typing test, and drug test. There was not much else about the interview besides basic questions on my employment history. The HR was nice.

It was very straight forward. I did a typing test and they told me what the job entailed. They brought me on fairly quickly. I was hired through another company. I only interviewed with the recruiter.
