    Pros

-new lab, clean, good for entry level get all experience in one place

    Cons

    - management have too much politics. Nj is there headquarter and they get involved and try to run from there which makes onsite management and worker confuse and frustrated. There head quarter management r corrupted.

    Advice to Management

Let Texas management run on there own and guide them but not dictate them. Nj people you are not on site so giving decision not being on the site is inaccurate

I have been working at Bio-Reference Labs part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The pros are that its a ok place to work. You will get experience for your resume.

    Cons

If you are a motivated individual looking to excel or looking to climb that ladder of success. Forget it and move on. Since the merge of OPKO no one is safe. Supervisors and management are not qualified and all promotions are from within. What's really funny is that the supervisors can't even put a sentence together. If you are qualified the higher ups see that as a threat and you have no chance of doing better for yourself or for the company. Its truely a joke. What a shame Bio used to be a good company. Now its just company barely hanging on. Its a pity

    Advice to Management

This goes out to upper management. Take a good look at who is running your depts. Look long and hard and you will see how terrible things have become. Perhaps its time to break up the cliques, get some good qualified people with new and objective ideas. All your insiders are becoming toxic. Good luck
